At 5 months:
-You weigh 14 pounds, according to our scale at home. You wear size 2 diapers and size 3 month clothes. You're starting to wear some 3-6 month size clothes. You are definitely a petite thing!
-You are such a good baby! You are always so happy and talking all the time. You smile a lot and your laugh is just the cutest thing ever! I love when you laugh out loud when we tickle you, and you even start to squeal.
-Just last night you woke us up talking. You were wide away just talking and kicking your feet! You're so silly!!
- You are still sleeping in Mama and Dada's room in your rock and play. I thought about trying you out in your crib, but I just can't yet!! Mama likes having you right next to her!
- You just discovered your tongue!! The past few days you've been sticking it out all the time! You have also been kicking your legs like crazy!! It's too funny!
- We have a roller!!! You rolled from your back to belly, March 21, for the first time at Memaw's new house! The next day you really got the hang of it, and just about every time we put you on your back you rolled over!
- You love playing on your play mat and with your toys. Your favorite toy is your puppy with all the tags. You also love anything that rattles, or anything that you can put into your mouth.
- I think you may be starting to teeth. I have felt any teeth yet, but you have been a little fussy and drooling a lot. I got you a teether, and you really like it.
- You really like to be outside. We have had some really pretty days lately and spent a lot of time outside playing!
- You really love everyone, and are happy going to anyone. Lately, you have been all about your Dada. You just stare at him, reach for him, and follow him with your eyes if he walks away from you! It even sounded like you said Dada the other day!
- I just love when you reach up and grab our face. You are the sweetest thing ever!
Harper Ann we love you more than anything! Mama and Dada don't know what we would do without you in our lives. I love watching you grow and learn new things every day. Happy 5 months sugar bear!
